Returns and refunds

This policy applies to consumer purchases from The TCG Plug. Agreed business terms apply to business orders. Your statutory rights if a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied always remain in place.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period by emailing info@thetcgplug.nl. If an order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts when you receive the last item. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the products.

Return address: The TCG Plug, Hidalgoweg 4D, 8938 BA Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. Include your name and order number with your return.

You can also use your customer account to submit an online cancellation request before dispatch or a return request after delivery. You may always withdraw by email instead; you do not have to give a reason.

Inspecting products and diminished value

You may inspect and open a product and its packaging to the extent needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening packaging does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. If you handle or damage a product beyond what is necessary to inspect it and it loses value, we may deduct that diminished value. We assess trading card products individually.

Return costs and refunds

You pay the direct cost of returning products when exercising your right of withdrawal. If you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. We do not refund extra costs for a more expensive delivery method you chose.

We refund you within 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may wait until we receive the products or you provide proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first.

Damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied products

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email info@thetcgplug.nl and, if possible, include photos and your order number. No 48-hour reporting deadline limits your statutory rights. We will find a suitable solution under applicable consumer law. We pay the return costs for products for which we are responsible because they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Withdrawal form

You can also withdraw by emailing us: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of [product(s)], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
